Hardware and subscription

Your physical NFC card remains yours. TAP TO CLOSE-hosted profiles, lead forms, analytics, QR management, lead scoring, and dashboard access require an active subscription. If you cancel, new subscription charges stop at the end of your current billing period. Your hosted Tap To Close experience will become inactive after the paid period ends unless otherwise required by law or stated in your plan.

Can the NFC card be re-pointed after cancellation?

Cards we ship are programmed and locked to your TAP TO CLOSE profile URL, so that chip cannot be rewritten to a different destination. The chip still responds to a phone after cancellation, but the hosted page it opens becomes inactive.

Does the downloadable QR still work after cancellation?

The QR image stays on your device and still scans, but it resolves to the same hosted profile URL — which stops serving your lead form once the paid period ends.

How long is my data kept?

Account and lead data are retained for 30 days after the paid period ends so you can export or reactivate. After that window the data is purged from active systems.

Can I export my leads before cancelling?

Yes. CSV export is available on Pro and Team for as long as the subscription is active. Export before your access period ends.

What happens to a pending hardware shipment?

Cards already in production or in transit still ship. Cards not yet produced when you cancel are not shipped.

Do I have to return hardware?

No. Cards are never required to be returned; the physical card is yours to keep.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping is included in the plan price and is not separately refunded. Defective cards are replaced free within 30 days of delivery.
