Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your subscription. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at billing@taptoclose.com and we will refund the most recent subscription payment in full.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Physical NFC cards & hardware

Unused, unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Hardware that has been programmed or activated is non-returnable.

How to request a refund

  • Email billing@taptoclose.com from the address on the account.
  • Include the order or invoice ID.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all refund requests within two business days.
