By creating an account or using TAP TO CLOSE (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Your account
You are responsible for the content, links, and contact data you publish on your profile. You will not impersonate others, post unlawful content, or use the Service to send spam.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, sending unsolicited messages to captured leads, or using the Service for any illegal activity.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the Service. The TAP TO CLOSE name, logo, and software are our property.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the country of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
